Location Wagholi Pune Experience 0-1 year Freshers welcome About the Role We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Mechanical Production Engineer Fresher to join our team in Wagholi Pune The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in manufacturing processes production operations equipment handling and quality standards This role offers hands-on exposure to industrial operations and an opportunity to grow in a rapid-paced manufacturing environment Key Responsibilities Production Manufacturing Assist in daily production activities and ensure smooth workflow on the shop floor Understand and follow standard operating procedures SOPs for various machines and processes Support senior engineers in monitoring production output and minimizing downtime Ensure components are manufactured as per drawings and specifications Quality Control Inspection Conduct basic quality inspection of materials and finished components Record measurements defects and deviations and report them to the quality team Assist in implementing corrective actions to maintain product quality Process Improvement Observe production processes and suggest improvements for productivity and efficiency Support lean manufacturing 5S and Kaizen activities Help reduce waste rework and cycle time Machine Equipment Handling Learn to operate relevant machines tools under supervision Support maintenance activities and ensure machine cleanliness and readiness Report equipment issues to senior technicians or supervisors Documentation Reporting Maintain production logs inspection reports and daily activity sheets Assist in preparing process documentation and maintaining records as required Safety Compliance Follow all safety guidelines and use the required PPE Assist in maintaining a clean safe and organized work environment Required Qualifications Diploma or BE in Mechanical Engineering Production Engineering or related field Basic understanding of manufacturing processes machining and quality concepts Ability to read engineering drawings added advantage Strong analytical and problem-solving attitude Good communication and willingness to learn Skills Competencies Knowledge of basic tools and measuring instruments vernier caliper micrometer gauges Basic computer knowledge Excel Word ERP tools preferred Team player with a proactive mindset Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Work Environment Full-time on-site role at our Wagholi Pune facility Shop-floor and manufacturing environment Why Join Us Opportunity to learn core manufacturing and production skills Hands-on experience with industrial machinery and processes Guidance from experienced engineers and supervisors Strong career growth in mechanical and production engineering fields Job Types Full-time Fresher Pay 15 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Application Question s Are you ready to work onsite at Wagholi Pune location as a Junior Engineer-Production The budget for this opening is 18 000 salary per month are you ready to Kickstart your career with this budget Work Location In person
