Job Title Medical Representative MR Job Summary A Medical Representative is responsible for promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals such as doctors pharmacists and hospitals The role involves building solid relationships with medical personnel increasing product awareness achieving sales targets and providing accurate information about the company s products Key Responsibilities Promote and sell company products to doctors pharmacists and other healthcare professionals Schedule appointments and conduct presentations to explain product features dosage and benefits Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within the assigned territory Keep up to date with new products market trends and competitor activities Maintain accurate records of daily activities sales calls and customer feedback Organize and attend medical conferences seminars and meetings to increase product visibility Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards in all promotional activities Collect market data and report insights to the sales and marketing teams Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction Qualifications Skills Proven experience as a Medical Representative or in pharmaceutical sales is an advantage Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills Strong presentation and persuasive selling abilities Good organizational and time-management skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Job Type Permanent Pay 8 930 46 - 35 039 08 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
