PwC India is expanding its Finance Transformation practice, and were looking for talented professionals across levels (Associate / Senior Associate / Manager/ Senior Manager / Director) to join our energetic teams across Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore and Hyderabad

Ideal Candidates

- Experience Range by Level:
Senior Associate: 4–7 yrs | Manager: 7–10 yrs | Senior Manager: 10–14 yrs | Director: 14–19 yrs
- Finance process transformation across R2R, O2C, P2P, FP&A;
- Exposure to domestic clients and/or Global Capability Centre (GCC) clients
- Strong clientfacing, problemsolving, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Experience in design and implementing:
- Operating models for Finance
- Digital finance initiatives
- Business process reengineering
- Product costing, finance insights, and management reporting

Technical knowhow (preferrable)

- Functional understanding or implementation experience in SAP,



Oracle or other ERPs across Financials, P2P, O2C, GL, and Costing
- Ability to leverage Data & analytics tools such as Power BI, Tablueau, etc. to drive business insights
- Experience in Enterprise Performance Management tools such as Workday Adaptive, Hyperion, Anaplan, OneStream
- A working knowledge of Close and Compliance tools like Blackline and Workiva would be an advantage

Educational Background

- CA, CMA, CFA, CIMA, ICWA (preferred)
- MBA / PGDM in Finance / Accounting / Management from reputed institutions
- Graduates in Engineering, Commerce, Management, or Sciences
