To lead and manage end-to-end KYC/AML managed services operations, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and efficient service delivery. The role requires robust leadership, data analysis capability, and expertise in building scalable operational procedures and governance frameworks.

Role & responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end KYC/AML managed services operations including onboarding, CDD/KYB, EDD, and ongoing monitoring activities • Supervise AML/KYC Analysts and QC teams to ensure productivity, quality, and SLA adherence

• Perform data analysis and prepare MIS dashboards, operational reports, and performance insights for management and clients

• Monitor operational KPIs including turnaround time, accuracy, productivity, and quality metrics

• Actasthe primary escalation point for complex, high-risk, or sensitive AML/KYC cases

• Develop and maintain SOPs, operational playbooks, governance documents, and audit-ready process documentation

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, process optimization,



and operational standardization across teams

• Conduct team reviews, coaching sessions, training, and performance management activities to enhance team capability

• Ensure compliance with AML/KYC regulations, internal controls, client policies, and audit requirements

• Coordinate with stakeholders, compliance teams, and clients to manage governance, reporting, issue resolution, and service delivery improvements

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors and/or Master’s degree in any related discipline.

• 8+ Years of Experience with Knowledge and relevant work experience in KYC/CDD/EDD procedures and client remediation work.

• Excellent command of the English languages, both verbal and written. • Dynamismandability to deliver results in a timely manner.
