We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Technical Coordinator to lead technical coordination from design development through project execution. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with architects, structural and MEP consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of residential development projects while maintaining quality, cost, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead technical coordination for residential redevelopment projects from concept to project completion.
- Coordinate with architects, RCC consultants, MEP consultants, faade, landscape, fire, HVAC, and other specialist consultants.
- Review and finalize GFC drawings and ensure complete coordination before site execution.
- Ensure compatibility of architectural, structural, MEP, and Mivan shuttering drawings to eliminate construction conflicts.
- Coordinate with Mivan formwork consultants for panel optimization, cycle planning, and execution methodology.




- Review construction methodologies and recommend value engineering solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Coordinate statutory approvals, revisions, and technical submissions with relevant authorities.
- Work closely with the site execution, planning, contracts, procurement, and quality teams to resolve technical issues.
- Monitor consultant deliverables and ensure adherence to project schedules.
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical specifications.
- Conduct regular technical coordination meetings with consultants and contractors.
- Identify design clashes, construction risks, and engineering issues proactively and ensure timely resolution.
- Support tendering by reviewing technical specifications, BOQs, and contractor queries.
- Ensure compliance with NBC, fire norms, and other statutory requirements.
