Job Summary :

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to manage the end-to-end recruitment process while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, onboarding, background verification (BGV) coordination, and recruitment operations. This role requires strong stakeholder management, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and pre-joining formalities.
- Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a smooth joining experience for new hires.
- Coordinate Background Verification (BGV) with vendors and candidates.
- Track BGV progress and ensure timely completion before onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and Applicant Tracking System (ATS)



records.
- Support Talent Acquisition operations, including documentation, reporting, and recruitment MIS.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment processes, company policies, and documentation standards.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

Required Skills :

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and Talent Acquisition operations.
- Experience in onboarding coordination and Background Verification (BGV) processes.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment portals.
- Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills.
- Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and recruitment reporting.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Recruitment Operations.
- Experience in IT and/or Non-IT hiring is preferred.

Preferred Skills

- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
- Knowledge of onboarding documentation and HR operations.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
