Marketing Manager / Marketing Executive Healthcare Division
Location: Mumbai & Nearby Areas in Maharashtra
Zuverlasse Hygiene India Private Limited is looking for a dynamic, motivated, and result-oriented female candidate to join our growing team in the healthcare sector.
We specialize in high-level disinfectants, skin antiseptics, hand hygiene, instrument disinfection, surface disinfection, and infection prevention solutions for healthcare settings, including hospitals, healthcare institutions, and medical facilities.
We are looking for an enthusiastic professional who can help us expand our presence in Mumbai and nearby areas across Maharashtra by developing strong relationships with hospitals, healthcare professionals, distributors, and other key stakeholders.

POSITION
Designation: ASM, Sr ASM, RSM Healthcare Division
Gender: Female Candidate
Location: Mumbai and nearby areas of Maharashtra and GOA
Industry: Healthcare / Hospital Infection Prevention & Disinfection
Experience: Relevant experience in Healthcare, Medical Devices, Hospital Products, Pharmaceuticals, Infection Control, or Medical Sales/Marketing will be preferred.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The selected candidate will be responsible for promoting Zuverlasse Hygiene India's healthcare and infection prevention products and generating business opportunities from corporate hospitals, private hospitals, healthcare institutions, distributors, and the trade market within the assigned territory.
Key responsibilities will include:

1. Conducting market research to identify potential customers, healthcare institutions, and new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
2. Building and maintaining strong professional relationships with key decision-makers, purchase departments, infection control teams, microbiologists, doctors, nurses, and other relevant healthcare professionals.
3. Identifying, developing, and appointing suitable distributors/channel partners within the assigned territory to expand the company's market presence.
4. Promoting and presenting Zuverlasse's range of High-Level Chemical Disinfectants, Skin Antiseptics, Hand Hygiene Products, Instrument Disinfectants, Surface Disinfectants, and other Infection Prevention Solutions.
5. Conducting product presentations and demonstrations for key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals,



infection control teams, hospital management, and prospective clients.
6. Developing new business opportunities and converting leads into successful orders from corporate and private hospitals and the healthcare trade market.
7. Conducting product training and educational sessions for hospital staff and healthcare professionals.
8. Organizing and supporting Awareness Programmes, CME/CPD activities, seminars, workshops, and infection prevention education programmes in coordination with the company and healthcare institutions.
9. Maintaining regular follow-up with existing and prospective customers and ensuring strong long-term skilled relationships.
10. Working closely with distributors and channel partners to achieve territory-wise business objectives.
11. Promoting and strengthening the Zuverlasse brand and its healthcare infection prevention solutions in Mumbai and across assigned areas of Maharashtra.
12. Preparing regular market updates, customer visit reports, business development reports, and sales forecasts for management review.
13. Achieving assigned sales and business development targets and contributing to the overall growth and expansion of Zuverlasse Hygiene India Private Limited.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
The ideal candidate should have:

- Preferably an MBA in Marketing or a relevant qualification in Marketing, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Prior experience in Healthcare, Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals, Infection Control, Hospital Products, or Medical Sales & Marketing will be an advantage.
- A pleasant and professional personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in spoken English and the local language relevant to the assigned territory.
- Good presentation and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and email communication.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn about healthcare infection prevention and disinfection solutions.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the team.




- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- A result-oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving business objectives.
- Willingness to travel within Mumbai and nearby areas of Maharashtra and GOA as required for customer meetings, hospital visits, product demonstrations, training programmes, and business development activities.
