Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage construction projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Prepare reports on project status, budgets, and schedules for management review.
Job Requirements :
- 2-5 years of experience in real estate development or a related field (HRSD).
- Robust understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and local laws governing construction projects.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
