- We are seeking a skilled Technical Analyst & Chartist with a deep understanding of price action, chart patterns, and technical indicators tgenerate high-conviction trade ideas across equities, derivatives (F&O;), and other asset classes.
- The ideal candidate will analyze historical price data, market trends, and volume action tforecast short-term and medium-term movements in stock prices, and assist traders in making informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Chart Analysis : -

- Analyze candlestick patterns, trendlines, and chart formations (head & shoulders, triangles, flags, etc.).
- Identify key support, resistance, and pivot zones using historical data.

Technical Indicators : -

- Apply indicators like RSI, MACD, Bollinger Bands, Fibonacci retracements, moving averages etc.
- Detect trend reversals, breakouts, and divergences using momentum and volume studies.

Trade Idea Generation : -

- Create intraday, short-term, and positional trade setups with entry, target, and stop-loss levels.
- Classify setups based on risk-reward and confidence level.

Market Commentary & Reports : -

- Prepare daily pre-market and post-market technical commentaries.
- Identify weekly outlooks and sectoral/stock-specific research notes.

Charting Tools & Software : -

- Proficient in usage of Use tools like Trading View,



Charting etc or similar for real-time analysis.
- Maintain template layouts and custom indicators as per trading strategies.

Back-testing & Strategy Evaluation : -

- Perform back testing of technical strategies using historical price data.
- Record win/loss ratios, average returns, and drawdowns of past recommendations.

Volume & Derivatives Data Analysis : -

- Track price-volume breakouts and open interest changes in futures & options.
- Use F&data; (PCR, IV, Max Pain) support directional bias.

Global & Intermarket Monitoring : -

- Monitor global indices, commodities, and currencies for correlation.
- Factor in macroeconomic releases and global news impacting technical levels.

Team Communication : -

- Present views internal team.
- Provide quick technical insights during market hours when needed.

Education : -

- Bachelors degree in finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Technical Analyst in Indian stock market.
- Proficiency in technical analysis software and tools
- High level of attention detail and accuracy.
- Robust organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with SEBI regulations and compliance requirements.
