Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Exhibition Design Manager to lead the conceptualization, design, and execution of exhibition stalls, trade show booths, and experiential environments.

The role requires robust creative vision, team leadership, and the ability to deliver high-impact designs aligned with client objectives and brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design and development of exhibition stalls, pavilions, and experiential setups.
- Understand client briefs and translate them into innovative, functional, and visually compelling concepts.
- Manage and mentor a team of 3D designers and creative professionals.
- Oversee creation of 3D designs, renders, technical drawings, and presentations.
- Collaborate with client servicing, sales, and production teams for seamless execution.
- Ensure designs are practical, cost-effective, and aligned with fabrication capabilities.
- Review and approve design quality, materials, and layouts before execution.
- Participate in client meetings, pitches, and presentations.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and emerging technologies.
