1-3 years of experience in customer support, Helpdesk or service desk

1 year of contract (extendable)
Candidate should be comfortable for Rotational Shifts
Shift timings: Shift 1 - 7:00 AM to 3:30 AM
Shift 2 - 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Shift 3 (Uk Shifts) - 3:00 to 11:30 PM
Education Qualification - Graduate
Industry - BFSI and Brokerage can be considered
Looking for Immediate Joiners only.
- Robust communication skills - Verbal & Written
- Familiarity ticketing tools (Eg - Zoho, Service now, etc)
- Basic Understanding of IT Support concepts, ITIL Foundation is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS office
