Key Responsibilities - Maintain day-to-day accounting in Tally ERP sales purchases JV receipts payments and bank reconciliation Prepare and file all GST returns GSTR 1 GSTR 3B annual returns reconciliations with books and 2A 2B within due dates Compute GST liability input tax credit and ensure proper documentation of invoices debit credit notes and e invoicing where applicable Calculate TDS on various payments contractors rent professional fees interest etc ensure timely deposit and file quarterly TDS returns Perform monthly reconciliation of GST and TDS with ledgers and Form 26AS resolve mismatches and queries Assist in preparation of trial balance P L balance sheet and schedules for internal statutory audit and tax audit In real estate handle project-wise accounting customer ledgers brokerage commission GST on property sales RERA-related financial records In stock share industry account for trades brokerage STT DP charges and reconcile with broker statements and bank accounts Support direct tax work advance tax calculations support basic income-tax workings and data for return preparation Prepare MIS reports on collections aging project trade profitability and statutory compliance status for management Requirements B Com M Com CA Inter or equivalent will be an added advantage 3-5 years accounting experience preferably in real estate or stock share market companies with strong exposure to GST and TDS Advantages As per industry
