Key Responsibilities1 Data Management Reporting Collect consolidate and validate data from various departments OPD IPD OT Pharmacy Billing etc Prepare daily weekly and monthly dashboards and performance reports Track key hospital KPIs such as patient footfall revenue AR OT utilization and doctor performance Maintain and update master databases MIS trackers and templates 2 System Process Support Work closely with the Hospital Information System HIS team to ensure smooth data flow Coordinate with departments to ensure accurate and timely data entry in the system Assist in implementation of new MIS processes and automation initiatives 3 Data Analysis Analyze trends and provide insights to management to improve operations and efficiency Identify data errors gaps and inconsistencies and collaborate with teams for corrections Generate exception reports for management action 4 Compliance Documentation Maintain data integrity and confidentiality as per hospital standards Document MIS processes report formats and guidelines Support internal audits by preparing required MIS documents 5 Coordination Communication Liaise with finance operations marketing and clinical teams to gather inputs Provide MIS support during reviews meetings and performance assessments Interested Candidates Share your CV hr tncorp1 maxivision in Job Types Full-time Permanent Perks Provident Fund Work Location In person
