Soft Skill Trainer Full job description About the Role We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Soft Skills Trainer to join our team The trainer will be responsible for designing developing and delivering engaging training sessions that enhance the interpersonal and professional skills of our students Key Responsibilities Conduct interactive training sessions on soft skills such as communication presentation leadership teamwork emotional intelligence time management and conflict resolution Assess training needs through surveys interviews and discussions with managers or participants Design and customize training modules activities and content based on the target audience Use innovative teaching methods including role-plays group discussions case studies and simulations Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics Provide coaching and one-on-one guidance to participants when required Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in soft skills development Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in HR Psychology Education or related field Master s preferred Proven experience as a Soft Skills Trainer Corporate Trainer or in a similar role Excellent communication facilitation and presentation skills Strong interpersonal and motivational abilities Ability to adapt training content to different learning styles and qualified levels Certification in training development preferred but not mandatory Job Type Permanent Pay 11 403 39 - 34 382 48 per month Work Location In person
