We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing the company s financial records ensuring accurate and timely reporting and maintaining compliance with accounting principles and regulations This individual will play a crucial role in the preparation of financial statements management of accounts and coordination of audits contributing to the productive and effective financial operations of the company Prepare and review monthly quarterly and annual financial statements Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations and profit and loss statements Analyze financial results trends and variances providing detailed reports to management Oversee the preparation and maintenance of the general ledger ensuring accuracy in all entries Perform journal entries accruals and adjustments as necessary Monitor accounts payable and receivable processes ensuring proper classification and payment schedules Assist with internal and external audits ensuring all necessary documentation is provided in a timely manner Support the implementation of new accounting policies internal controls and best practices to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Ensure tax filings and other compliance reports are submitted on time Assist with forecasting and budgeting activities ensuring alignment with organizational goals REQUIREMENTS Educational Qualifications Bachelor s Degree in Commerce B Com Master s Degree in Commerce M Com MBA or CMA Intermediate Experience Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance Candidates with prior experience in the construction and material supply field will be given preference Candidates from Thrissur are preferred Proficiency in English and Hindi is mandatory Immediate joiners are preferred Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 40 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Work Location In person
