Job Title Sales Engineer - Process Equipment Location Ahmedabad Department Sales Business Development Reports To Sales Head General Manager - Sales Role and Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities for process equipment sales Build and maintain solid relationships with clients to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions Prepare and deliver effective technical presentations and product demonstrations Negotiate pricing contracts and payment terms to close sales successfully Provide technical guidance to customers regarding equipment specifications and applications Collaborate with internal technical and engineering teams for client-specific solutions Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in target industries Maintain detailed records of sales activities leads and customer interactions Participate in trade shows exhibitions and other marketing events Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs Qualifications and Education Requirements Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering Chemical Engineering or related field 3-7 years of experience in sales of process equipment such as reactors centrifuges vessels and storage tanks Proven experience in B2B industrial sales preferably in chemical pharmaceutical or manufacturing sectors Experience in technical sales and understanding of industrial processing equipment Preferred Skills In-depth technical knowledge of process equipment e g reactors centrifuges storage tanks Strong communication presentation and negotiation skills Ability to work both independently and within cross-functional teams Goal-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient in MS Office Excel Word PowerPoint and CRM tools
