About us Pay Point India Network Pvt Ltd is among the reputed names in the business of Financial Inclusion Financial Services and Retail services We are business correspondent for State Bank of India supporting 4500 SBI Customer Service Points Pay Point India the company established in 2006 has now 120 service providers and a retail network of 83000 retailers offering consumers a quick and easy single stop access to financial services such as AEPS remittance money transfer and a wide array of fast-moving consumer service like Utility bill payments DTH mobile recharges Travel booking Pan card services Insurance etc Company Website www paypointindia com Role Responsibilities Key Responsibilities 1 Financial Strategy Planning Develop and execute financial strategies tailored to fintech operations including budgeting forecasting and profitability analysis Analyze financial data from digital transactions payment gateways and fintech products to optimize revenue Support strategic decision-making through data-driven financial insights 2 Financial Reporting Compliance Prepare and present accurate financial statements including P L balance sheets and cash flow reports specific to fintech activities Ensure compliance with relevant fintech regulations e g RBI guidelines PCI-DSS GDPR Stay updated on regulatory changes and implement necessary accounting practices Coordinate with auditors for financial audits and maintain compliance documentation 3 Accounting Operations Digital Financial Management Oversee daily accounting operations including ledger management transaction reconciliations and digital payment processing Implement and manage automated accounting solutions and fintech-specific ERP systems e g SAP FICO Oracle Financials Monitor and reconcile digital wallet balances blockchain transactions and online payment gateways 4 Risk Management Fraud Prevention Establish financial risk management frameworks focusing on fintech-specific risks like data breaches payment fraud and regulatory non-compliance Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to safeguard financial data Conduct due diligence on digital financial transactions and third-party integrations 5 Team Leadership Collaboration Lead a team of finance professionals fostering a culture of accuracy innovation and compliance Train staff on fintech financial practices and the use of advanced accounting software Collaborate with product and tech teams to develop financial reporting features in fintech applications Key Skills Competencies Technical Expertise Proficiency with fintech accounting tools and ERP systems e g SAP FICO QuickBooks Xero Digital Finance Knowledge Understanding of blockchain cryptocurrency accounting and payment gateway management Analytical Thinking Strong problem-solving skills especially in data-driven financial analysis Leadership Skills Proven ability to lead finance teams in a tech-driven environment Regulatory Compliance Familiarity with financial regulations affecting the fintech industry Communication Excellent reporting and presentation skills both technical and non-technical Qualifications CA Qualified with 5 Years of Experiences Minimum of 8-10 years of finance experience with at least 3 years in a fintech environment Proven track record in financial planning compliance and digital transaction management Requirements Solid experience coordinating audit activities and managing reporting budget development and analysis accounts payable and receivable general ledger payroll and accounting for investments A track record in grants management experience in compliance and reporting of government corporate and foundation grants is essential Technology savvy with experience in selecting and overseeing software installations and managing relationships with software vendors advanced knowledge of accounting and reporting software Commitment to recruiting mentoring training and retaining a diverse team with a foresight and ability to delegate accordingly Keen analytic organization and problem solving skills which allows for strategic data interpretation versus simple reporting Solid interpersonal and communication skills experience in effectively communicating key data including presentations to senior management board or other outside partners Ability to translate complex financial concepts to individuals at all levels including finance and non-finance managers Knowledge on FCRA administration Implementation knowledge of ERP systems desirable Experience in leading and coaching a team and working closely with the Organization s Leadership Executive teams is essential Personal qualities of integrity credibility and unwavering commitment to Organization s mission A proactive hands-on strategic thinker who in partnership with the CFO will take up the responsibility for finance If anybody interested please send me your updated CV on jasim khan paypointindia net or Reach me (phone hidden) Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 100 000 00 -
