Key Responsibilities Supervise and monitor building construction activities on-site Interpret architectural and structural drawings Ensure work quality by inspecting ongoing and completed construction Identify report and resolve on-site issues or discrepancies Conduct regular site visits and provide daily weekly reports Prepare and maintain project documentation including technical reports drawings and records quantity surveying and preparation of estimates Required Skills Qualifications Diploma or B E in Civil Engineering Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in building construction projects Proficient in AutoCAD Microsoft Office Word Excel and basic project management tools Knowledge of quantity surveying cost estimation and BOQ preparation Strong understanding of construction methods drawings and site procedures Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative on-site Positive communication and coordination abilities Job Type Full-time Pay 18 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
