We are seeking a motivated and energetic Telecaller to join our team The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls converting leads into sales or appointments and maintaining customer databases You should be confident have positive communication skills and be comfortable working with targets Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers to inform them about products services Answer incoming calls and address customer queries professionally Follow up on leads and prospects regularly Maintain records of calls and customer details using CRM software Schedule appointments or demos for the sales team Provide product service information accurately and persuasively Handle customer complaints or objections with patience and empathy Achieve daily weekly monthly targets as assigned Job Types Full-time Part-time Permanent Work Location In person
