Job Title Centre Head- Lakme Academy Noida Location Sector 62 Noida Greater Noida Job Type Full-time Permanent Salary Competitive based on experience and performance Industry Beauty Wellness Education Training Schedule Day Shift Lakme Academy powered by Aptech is seeking an experienced dynamic and result-driven Centre Head to lead and manage the operations admissions academics and team performance of our beauty and wellness training centre The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a passion for education business growth and customer experience As the Centre Head you will be responsible for achieving revenue targets ensuring academic excellence and maintaining operational efficiency while driving team performance across counselling faculty and support functions This is a leadership role that requires high accountability people management skills and a sharp eye for business opportunities Key Responsibilities Own overall center performance - admissions revenue academics and operations Lead train and supervise counsellors faculty and support staff to meet daily and monthly targets Develop and implement sales marketing strategies to generate walk-ins and admissions Ensure exceptional student experience and timely resolution of escalations Monitor academic delivery student attendance and trainer performance Maintain accurate documentation reports and MIS updates Ensure adherence to SOPs brand standards and compliance protocols Coordinate with Zonal Office for curriculum updates audits and marketing campaigns Conduct regular team reviews goal setting and performance appraisals Key Performance Indicators KPIs Monthly admission revenue targets Team performance productivity Counsellors Trainers Support Center profitability and student retention Lead-to-admission conversion ratio Academic delivery quality student satisfaction Marketing ROI and walk-in footfall growth MIS accuracy and compliance adherence Candidate Profile Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline MBA preferred 4-7 years of experience in managing education training centres preferably in the beauty wellness or vocational training sector Robust leadership team management and interpersonal skills Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue goals Excellent communication in English and local language Ability to multitask lead from the front and take ownership of outcomes Smart well-groomed and presentable with a customer-centric mindset If you are passionate about career education skilled in business operations and ready to lead a growing beauty academy we invite you to be part of one of India s most respected training brands in the beauty and wellness domain Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Work Location In person Expected Start Date 31 07 2025
