About Hammer and Nail Hammer and Nail is a growing company committed to operational excellence financial discipline and sustainable growth We are looking for an experienced Senior Accounts Manager to lead our accounting functions ensure compliance and support strategic financial decision-making Job Summary The Senior Accounts Manager will oversee day-to-day accounting operations financial reporting compliance and internal controls This role requires strong technical accounting knowledge leadership skills and the ability to work closely with management to support business growth Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end accounting operations including AP AR GL and bank reconciliations Prepare and review monthly quarterly and annual financial statements Ensure compliance with statutory requirements GST TDS income tax audits etc Manage budgeting forecasting and cash flow planning Coordinate with auditors tax consultants and regulatory authorities Monitor internal controls and improve accounting processes Oversee payroll processing and employee reimbursements Support management with MIS reports and financial analysis Guide and mentor junior accounts staff Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Commerce Accounting or Finance CA CMA MBA Finance preferred 7 years of experience in accounting and finance Strong knowledge of accounting standards and taxation laws Proficiency in accounting software Tally ERP systems etc Advanced MS Excel skills High attention to detail and strong analytical skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in manufacturing construction project-based companies Hands-on experience with audits and statutory filings Leadership or team management experience What We Offer Competitive salary and performance-based growth Leadership role with decision-making responsibility Reliable and growth-oriented work environment Job Type Full-time Pay 22 915 49 - 55 481 23 per month Benefits Leave encashment Provident Fund Work Location In person
