Job Title Cluster Head Location Andhra Pradesh Department Operations Business Development Reporting To Operations Head CMO CFO Employment Type Full-Time About the Role The Cluster Head will be responsible for overseeing the operational sales and administrative activities of multiple branches or centers within a defined geographical cluster This role involves leading a team of Center Managers Unit Heads ensuring revenue targets maintaining service excellence implementing processes and driving strategic initiatives Key Responsibilities 1 Operations Management Monitor daily operations across all centers in the cluster to ensure adherence to SOPs compliance and service quality Resolve operational challenges ensure process standardization and manage escalations Drive implementation of company policies and procedures at the cluster level 2 Sales Business Development Drive sales and revenue targets across all centers Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to execute local campaigns and promotional activities Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to increase footfall and service offerings 3 Team Leadership Lead mentor and develop a team of Center Managers and their support staff Monitor staff performance set KPIs and conduct periodic performance reviews Drive training and employee engagement initiatives to ensure team productivity 4 Financial Oversight Review and control budgets expenses and profitability of each unit Monitor collections discounts and financial discipline in alignment with company policy 5 Customer Experience Quality Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality Address patient complaints and feedback effectively and promptly Monitor NPS service audits and implement corrective measures where needed 6 Compliance Reporting Ensure adherence to all legal safety and regulatory requirements Provide timely MIS reports dashboards and performance updates to senior leadership Job Type Full time Pay 30 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
