About the Role We are seeking a Travel Operations Executive to manage hotel and car rental bookings for our corporate clients The ideal candidate should have prior experience in hotel reservations knowledge of hotel brands and the ability to coordinate efficiently with vendors This role involves vendor coordination payment processing and documentation Key Responsibilities Handle hotel bookings either through online platforms or by coordinating directly with hotels Maintain strong relationships with multiple hotel and car rental vendors to ensure the best rates and availability Have a solid understanding of hotel categories brands and locations suitable for corporate clients Coordinate and confirm car rental bookings with vendors as per client requirements Work as part of a roster-based schedule including weekends or holidays if required Process payments to hotels after confirmation as per company procedures Collect GST invoices post-checkout and ensure timely submission to the accounts team Maintain accurate booking and payment records Provide prompt and professional communication with vendors and internal teams Required Skills Qualifications 2-3 years of experience in hotel booking travel desk or travel operations Strong knowledge of hotel chains categories and online booking tools OTA portals Familiarity with car rental bookings and vendor management Excellent coordination and negotiation skills Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities Good communication skills email and verbal Proficiency in MS Office Excel Outlook Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure Comfortable working in shift roster-based schedules Education Graduate in any discipline preferably Travel Tourism Hospitality or Business Administration Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Advantages Cell phone reimbursement Leave encashment Paid sick time Work from home Experience relevant 2 years Required Work Location In person
