Location Ghatkopar West MumbaiShift Timing 10 00 AM - 07 00 PM ISTSchedule 6 days a week Monday to Saturday About the Company Datastraw Technologies works with fast-growing D2C brands and early-stage startups to support their operations through a mix of automation AI and robust human expertise With a team of 30-50 people across India we re at a stage where building the right culture systems and leadership really matters HR at Datastraw isn t just about processes it s about shaping how people grow collaborate and succeed as the company scales About the Role As an HR Generalist at Datastraw you ll take ownership of core people operations end-to-end hiring payroll and compliance employee engagement and HR documentation You ll work closely with both remote and onsite teams ensuring smooth processes accuracy and a positive employee experience in a fast-moving startup environment Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end hiring from sourcing talent to onboarding new joiners Oversee payroll attendance PF ESI insurance and ensure statutory compliance Ensure HR records documentation and policies are accurate and up to date Lead ESOP administration Rewards Recognition and engagement programs Act as a trusted point of contact for employee queries and grievances ensuring confidentiality Work closely with leadership to improve HR processes culture and performance practices Requirements 1-2 years of hands-on experience in HR and recruitment Proven experience working with remote teams preferably in BPO startup or D2C settings Proficient in HRMS tools such as Keka familiarity with Slack is an advantage Strong communication organizational and multitasking abilities Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace and Excel Sheets Must be willing to work in a hybrid model based in Ghatkopar West Mumbai with four days in office and two days working remotely Why Join Datastraw Work closely with the leadership team in a fast-growing startup environment Opportunities to gain exposure across HR and TA functions with structured growth paths A collaborative and transparent workplace with a strong people-first culture Opportunity to grow into senior HR roles
