Job Title Accounts Executive Job Summary The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the finance team in month-end and year-end processes The ideal candidate should have strong numerical skills attention to detail and hands-on experience with accounting software Key Responsibilities Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable and receivable Prepare and maintain financial records ledgers and statements Handle invoice generation billing and vendor payments Reconcile bank statements and company accounts regularly Assist in preparing monthly quarterly and annual financial reports Support auditors during internal and external audits Ensure compliance with statutory requirements GST TDS Income Tax etc Monitor cash flow and support budgeting activities Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records Coordinate with internal departments for financial queries and approvals Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or Commerce B Com M Com preferred 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices Hands-on experience with Tally ERP Excel and accounting systems Valuable understanding of GST TDS and basic taxation Strong analytical and numerical abilities Excellent communication and organizational skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
