Require candidate for our client a reputed manufacturer of luxury bespoke furniture Job Profile Floor Manager - Wooden Furniture Key Roles Responsibility Production Supervision 1 Oversee daily floor operations and ensure production targets are met as per plan 2 Maintain workflow efficiency and minimize downtime Quality Control 1 Ensure all furniture pieces meet quality standards and specifications 2 Conduct regular inspections and coordinate with QA for corrective actions Manpower Management 1 Allocate work monitor attendance and ensure discipline among floor staff 2 Conduct on-the-job training to enhance worker skills and productivity Material Inventory Coordination 1 Ensure timely availability of raw materials hardware and components 2 Minimize material wastage and maintain proper floor stock records Process Improvement 1 Identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements in workflow and layout 2 Implement lean manufacturing and 5S principles on the shop floor Safety Compliance 1 Enforce adherence to safety protocols and PPE usage 2 Report and prevent potential hazards or incidents Coordination Reporting 1 Liaise with Design Planning and Purchase teams for smooth operations 2 Submit daily production and attendance reports to Factory Production Head Machine Maintenance Oversight 1 Monitor machine performance and coordinate with maintenance for preventive servicing Job Type Full time Pay 30 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Application Question s Have you worked as a Floor Manager in a Wooden Furniture Manufacturing Company Yes No Where do you currently reside Work Location In person
