Compliance Auditor About Muzigal Muzigal founded in 2020 is India s largest and fastest-growing music education platform We aim to make high-quality music education accessible by connecting a vast network of talented music educators with learners across the country through our app offline academies and e-commerce platform Muzigal is on a mission to become a household name for music education in India and beyond Role Overview Looking for an Ops Audits professional with at least 5 years of experience in franchise operations and compliance In this role you ll provide on-the-ground support for the operation and compliance of Muzigal Academies Your main responsibilities will include ensuring that all franchise locations consistently meet the brand s standards and protocols Responsibilities Regularly visit Muzigal Franchise locations to conduct compliance and ops audits Train and Assist franchisee partners and team members to enable them on compliance and ops protocols Coordinate along with Audits and operations team to ensure each academy in the territory is in compliance with SOPs Lookbook revenue reporting and other set protocols Generate regular reports to provide insights into compliance Perform business analysis to assess performance and identify areas for improvement Skills Comprehensive understanding of data management compliance and reporting practices Proficient in building public relations Proficient business analysis and reporting skills Proficient presentation skills and training skills Work Experience Proven experience of 5 years in franchise ops quality - compliance roles Job Location Kompally Hyderabad Telangana Salary Up to 4 8L CTC based on qualifications experience and interview Job Type Full time Pay 35 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Location Kompally Hyderabad Telangana Preferred Work Location In person
