Job Title: Project Manager - Exhibition
Role Overview
The Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of an exhibition. This role ensures seamless delivery by working closely with internal teams, exhibitors, and vendors while maintaining timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams for execution
- Track progress and ensure timely delivery of all project components
- Act as the primary point of contact for exhibitors
- Support onboarding, communication, and servicing of exhibitors
- Coordinate with sponsors, partners, and industry stakeholders
- Manage vendors including stall builders, logistics, AV, and venue teams
- Oversee build-up and dismantling activities
- Manage project budgets and track expenses




- Ensure cost efficiency while maintaining quality standards
- Lead on-ground operations during the exhibition
- Resolve real-time issues and ensure smooth event flow
- Monitor exhibitor and visitor experience
- Prepare post-event reports and performance analysis
- Collect feedback from exhibitors and stakeholders
- Identify areas for improvement for future editions

Experience & Qualifications

- 3 -5 years of experience in exhibitions, events, or related industry
- Proven experience in managing end-to-end event projects
- Familiarity with vendor and stakeholder management
- Bachelors degree required (event management or business preferred)
