Job description
- Review of Title Scrutiny Report (TSR) received from empaneled Advocate.
- Provide legal advice, opinion and legal support to the business team.
- Co-ordinating with lawyer for closure of queries and share final approval to the business/ credit.
- Candidate must be well versed with mortgage creation.
- Modification and vetting of drafts ie. Indemnity/ undertaking/ MOE/ Declaration/ Mortgage Deed.
- Conduct legal research on relevant laws, regulations and notification issued by various authorities.
- Candidate must be well versed with state land laws.
Location:- Thane
