Duties & Responsibilities:

Candidate should be capable enough to manage the Marketing activities through revenue generation with profitability and should be preferably from Transportation Industry.
1. Developing and executing sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals, actively seek out new sales opportunities through market visits, networking and social media.
2. Growing business through the development of new leads and identifying new revenue generating opportunities
3. Building business relationships with potential clients, develop network to attract and retain existing clients
4. Set sales team profit goals and hold team members accountable for goals and recognize for discipline as needed
5. Review team performance on day to day basis and take necessary steps towards low performers to achieve sales targets, Developing goals for specialized sales
6. Managing of current clients including analysis of current lanes to assure we are competitive and also providing excellent service and soliciting for other business from customers.
7. To act as a Team Leader to develop and bring on recent business,



in addition to guidelines the Sales Team /representatives.
8. Grow accounts through up selling and cross selling.
9. Awareness about lifting equipment, safety compliance.

10. Provide intelligence to ops/engineering team for preparation of quote & proposals.

Desired Candidate profile:
Experience with transportation and logistics industries, ability to make quick, smart business decisions.
Ability to effectively train others, preferably with experience in doing so.
Outstanding organizational skills and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask.
Experience in managing and growing sales teams.
Hunger for Sales, Growth & closing Deals.
Should be organized, process oriented with strong follow up skills.

Salary Range: As per Industry standard (commensurate with the experience)
