Application Managers - Ophthalmic Diagnostic portfolio (Delhi/Mumbai) - CTC 10 LPA to 14 LPA
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct product demonstrations and clinical application support.
- Install and commission ophthalmic diagnostic equipment.
- Deliver product training to customers and internal teams.
- Provide post-installation technical guidance and troubleshooting.
- Support sales teams during customer meetings and evaluations.
- Build solid relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
- Collect customer feedback and share market insights with product and sales teams.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely support.
