Shift Timing - India night shift - (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM from Mar-Oct and 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM from Nov-Feb)

Exciting chance for valuation professionals with 2-8 years of experience in Private Credit, Structured Credit, and Fixed Income Valuations. If you have expertise in pricing methodologies, valuation controls, structured finance products, and stakeholder management, this Pune-based opportunity offers exposure to global credit portfolios and complex valuation processes in a dynamic environment.

Location- Pune/ Mumbai/ Gurgaon/ Chennai

Your Future Employer: A leading global analytics and financial services organization renowned for delivering innovative risk, valuation, and research solutions to financial institutions worldwide.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily pricing and valuation processes for liquid credit portfolios, ensuring timely and accurate security valuations.
2. Review pricing exceptions, coordinate with trading and corporate actions teams, and resolve valuation-related discrepancies.
3. Prepare valuation reports, price override analysis, vendor comparison reports, and back-testing reports for key stakeholders.
4. Support valuation governance through audit coordination, SOC controls, valuation committee documentation, and process enhancements.
5. Collaborate with Trading, Finance, Investor Relations, custodians, and auditors while maintaining valuation models and improving operational efficiency.

Requirements:

1. Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline with 28 years of experience in pricing, valuation, or structured credit.
2. Strong understanding of Fixed Income, Leveraged Loans, High-Yield Bonds, Distressed Debt, CLOs, ABS, CMBS, and other Structured Credit products.
3. Experience with pricing methodologies, valuation controls,



vendor pricing sources, and internal price override processes.
4. Exposure to valuation platforms such as Bloomberg, Geneva, Power BI, or similar financial systems will be an advantage.
5. Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced night-shift environment.
