Qualification

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with consolidation exposure
- 2 4 years post qualification experience working in industry or relevant experience in Big 4/ Big accounting firms.
- Experience with listed company reporting, group reporting function and IND AS are preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Consolidation & Financial Reporting

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements in accordance with IND AS.
- Perform consolidation of subsidiaries, associates, joint ventures, and overseas entities.
- Review and eliminate inter-company balances, transactions, unrealized profits, and investments during consolidation.
- Ensure proper accounting of acquisitions, disposals, mergers, and restructuring transactions.
- Prepare consolidated cash flow statements and related schedules.

Regulatory & Listed Company Reporting

- Ensure compliance with applicable provisions of SEBI (LODR), Companies Act, and IND AS.
- Prepare financial statement disclosures, notes to accounts, and management reporting packs.
- Assist in preparation of Annual Report and related disclosures.





Month-end & Year-end Closing

- Coordinate with business units and subsidiary finance teams for timely financial submissions.
- Review reporting packages received from group entities.
- Perform analytical reviews and variance analysis of consolidated financials.

Audit & Compliance

- Coordinate with statutory auditors and internal auditors.
- Provide audit schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documents.
- Assist in closure of audit queries and implementation of audit recommendations.

Skills & Competencies required:

- Good knowledge of IND AS or accounting standards
- Understanding of SEBI (LODR) and Companies Act requirements.
- Robust financial statement analysis skills.
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Hyperion, BPC, or similar consolidation tools preferred.
- Proven experience with financial consolidation processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
