We are looking for a high-energy, empathetic, and results-driven Field Sales Representative to expand our brands retail footprint. In this role, you won't just be selling products; you will be an ambassador for body positivity, comfort, and confidence

Responsibilities

Territory Growth & Acquisition: Identify and open new retail accounts (independent boutiques, regional chains, and specialty stores) to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Account Management: Cultivate solid relationships with existing retail partners, conducting regular check-ins, re-orders, and performance reviews.

Visual Merchandising & Product Education: Ensure our products are prominently and beautifully displayed in-store.

Market Intelligence: Track local competitor activity, consumer trends, and pricing strategies, reporting insights back to the regional sales manager.

Prior experience in lingerie/Intimate wear business would be preferredRole & responsibilities
