Additional Details

- We are looking for candidates for a full fledged voice process where they will be involved in inbound and outbound calling
- They should have experience in voice in International BPO processes (Mandatory)
- Domain preference is Property and Casualty insurance. However, if there is a shortage of profiles, we can consider candidates from Banking, Healthcare, Finance,



Customer support and Travel domains.
- Excellent communication skills are preferred; candidates with average communication skills will not be entertained.
- This requirement is for both Noida & Pune location, hence would need profiles on a daily basis for both locations separately.
