About the Role

We are seeking a Legal Researcher to support legal and compliance teams through in-depth research, documentation, and analysis of laws, regulations, and case precedents.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct legal research on statutes, rules, regulations, and case laws.
- Prepare legal notes, summaries, opinions, and research reports.
- Assist in drafting legal documents, contracts, and compliance notes.
- Track legal and regulatory updates relevant to the organization.
- Support due diligence, audits, and internal legal reviews.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external legal advisors as required.

Requirements





- Robust knowledge of corporate laws and legal research methodologies.
- Excellent legal drafting and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and MS Office.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple research tasks.
- Good communication skills and professional discretion.
