Job Summary

We are looking for experienced US Healthcare Recruiters with hands-on experience in the US Healthcare Staffing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle for healthcare roles.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for US healthcare positions
- Source and recruit candidates for roles such as RN, LPN/LVN, CNA, Travel Nurses, and Allied Healthcare positions
- Use job portals, databases, and professional networks to identify potential candidates
- Conduct initial screening and evaluate candidate suitability




- Coordinate interviews with clients and healthcare facilities
- Manage candidate submissions, follow-ups, and offer negotiations
- Maintain accurate recruitment data, trackers, and reports
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets

Required Skills

- 2 to 6 years of experience in US Healthcare Staffing (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of Travel Nursing and Allied Healthcare recruitment
- Basic knowledge of compliance and credentialing processes
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
