Job description:-

We are looking for a seasoned Accounts Head to manage the finance and accounts function for a big group. The role involves complete ownership of accounting, costing, taxation, compliance, and financial control.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Develop and execute the companys financial strategy aligned with business goals.

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance analysis across all business functions.

- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and management dashboards.

- Drive profitability improvement through cost optimization, pricing analysis, and operational efficiency initiatives.

- Manage treasury, cash flow, working capital, banking relationships,



and funding requirements.

- Ensure compliance with all statutory, taxation, audit, and regulatory requirements.

- Strengthen internal controls, risk management systems, and financial governance practices.

- Support expansion plans, investment decisions, and strategic business initiatives through financial insights.

- Collaborate closely with sales, supply chain, manufacturing, and procurement teams to improve financial performance.

- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance and accounts team.
