Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter with a minimum of 3 years of expertise in hiring for the Automobile and Manufacturing sectors. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management for technical and non-technical positions.

Key Responsibilities

- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in the Automobile and Manufacturing industries.
- Experience hiring for production, quality, maintenance, supply chain, design, R&D;, and engineering roles will be an added advantage.
- Robust understanding of manufacturing job profiles and technical skill sets.
- Expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and meet hiring deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
