Project Manager

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have strong project management, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and cross-functional leadership skills, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects within scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Execution

- Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation through implementation and closure.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and status reports.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery against agreed commitments.
- Manage project dependencies, issues, risks, and action items to minimize delivery impacts.
- Drive continuous improvement and adoption of project management best practices.

Stakeholder Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, sponsors, customers, and technology teams.
- Act as the primary point of contact for project communications, governance, and escalations.
- Facilitate executive reviews, steering committee meetings, and stakeholder discussions.
- Manage stakeholder expectations through proactive communication and transparency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives with business priorities.

Global Project Delivery

- Lead project teams distributed across multiple regions and time zones.
- Coordinate activities across business, technology, operations, and vendor teams.
- Ensure effective collaboration, communication, and alignment among global stakeholders.
- Drive execution in a complex, matrixed workplace while balancing competing priorities.




- Manage external vendors and partners to ensure successful delivery of project outcomes.

Governance, Risk & Financial Management

- Establish project governance frameworks and reporting mechanisms.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, resource allocation, and utilization.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, standards, and quality requirements.
- Track and report project health, delivery metrics, and key performance indicators.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience delivering medium to large-scale projects.
- Demonstrated success in managing global projects involving cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
- Strong experience managing relationships with business stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Experience working in both traditional and iterative project delivery environments.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Confluence, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification.
- Experience managing technology transformation, application development, infrastructure, or enterprise business initiatives.
- Experience working within global delivery and matrix organizations.
