Role Description
This full-time, on-site role is based in Noida- Delhi. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying
and securing new business opportunities,



building and maintaining robust relationships with clients, and developing
strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing
business proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The role also
involves representing the company at industry events and staying updated on market trends to drive business growth.
The Company MD will himself take part in order to convert new clients when leads have been aligned for meeting.

Strong capabilities in Business Development, Market Research, and Strategic Planning
Excellent Negotiation, Communication, and Client Relationship Management skills
Experience in the security or facility management industry is highly desirable
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and revenue targets
