Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage month-end reporting process, including journal entries, intercompany reconciliations, and record to report (RTR) tasks.

- Ensure accurate and timely completion of financial statements by reviewing balance sheet accounts, income statement items, and cash flow statements.

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve accounting discrepancies and ensure compliance with company policies.

- Develop and maintain solid relationships with cross-functional teams to drive business growth through effective communication.

- Provide guidance on SAP system usage for RTR processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3-8 years of experience in Record to Report (RTR), Journal Entries, Intercompany Reconciliation, Month End Reporting, or related fields.

- Bachelor's degree in any specialization (B.B.A. / B.M.S., B.Com).

- Strong understanding of general ledger accounting principles, fixed assets management, inventory control systems, bank reconciliation procedures.

- Proficiency in using SAP ERP software for recording transactions accurately.
