Shift Incharge - Metal Solvent Extraction Plant (Hydrometallurgy)

1. Shift Operations Management: Ensure smooth and effective running of the metal solvent extraction process during assigned shifts, adhering to operational standards and production targets.
2. Team Supervision: Manage and coordinate shift workers, providing guidance and support to ensure safety, productivity, and compliance with operational protocols.
3. Process Optimization: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take proactive measures to optimize solvent extraction processes and minimize downtime.
4. Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, environmental regulations, and operational guidelines to minimize risks.




5. Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving: Quickly identify and resolve operational issues during the shift, ensuring minimal disruption to the process.
6. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of shift activities, production data, and any incidents or anomalies for management review.
7. Equipment Maintenance Coordination: Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely inspection and upkeep of machinery and equipment to avoid unplanned breakdowns.
8. Continuous Improvement: Proactively suggest and implement improvements to enhance process efficiency, reduce costs, and increase overall plant productivity.
