Role Summary
As a Senior Associate Technology, you will design, build, and deliver enterprise-scale digital
solutions using modern Java technologies and Microservices architecture. You'll collaborate with
cross-functional teams to solve complex business problems while following Agile engineering
practices and cloud-native development principles.
Your Impact

Design and develop scalable, high-performance Java applications.
Build cloud-native Microservices using Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.
Develop secure RESTful APIs for enterprise applications.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Contribute to architecture discussions and solution design.
Ensure code quality through unit testing, peer reviews, and CI/CD.
Diagnose and resolve production issues while improving application performance.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, QA, and DevOps teams.
Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering best practices.
Required Skills & Experience

5 to 10 years of Java+Microservices+AWS Cloud development experience.
Strong expertise in Java 8/11/17/21.
Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Spring Framework.
Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture.
Experience building high-cohesion, loosely coupled services.
Knowledge of:

Solid Object-Oriented Programming concepts.




Design Patterns and SOLID principles.
