Eligibility Criteria:

- Graduates (Freshers) can apply.
- Undergraduates must have a minimum of 6 months of relevant experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Valuable customer handling skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational week offs.

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries through Voice or Non-Voice support channels.
- Provide timely and accurate resolutions to customer concerns.
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining quality standards.
- Update customer information and interaction details accurately in the system.
- Meet productivity,



quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate team whenever required.
- Follow company policies, quality standards, and process guidelines.

Salary

- Upto 21,000 -29,000 In-Hand + Performance Incentives
