Position: International Implementation Consultant

Experience Required: 8–16 years
Location: Bangalore / Delhi NCR (Work from Office)
Travel Requirement: Must be willing to travel internationally and possess a valid passport.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end implementation of ERP systems for global clients.
- Assess project capacity, define timelines, and execute implementation strategies.
- Develop best practices and establish streamlined project procedures.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to meet deliverables and deadlines.
- Document all project activities and resolve key issues during the implementation phase.
- Provide feedback and process improvement suggestions throughout the project lifecycle.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

Domain Expertise (preferred but not mandatory):

- Proptech: Implementation of modules such as Sales, Construction, Procurement, and Finance.
- Manufacturing ERP: Implementation of Production, Procurement, Finance, and Sales modules.
- Supply Chain: Implementation of Procurement, Finance, and Sales modules.

Additional Skills:





- Strong functional understanding of financial accounting and previous experience with finance module implementation is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with SQL Server is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong team collaboration and stakeholder management experience.
- Flexibility to travel internationally for assignments (up to 6 months), particularly to Southeast Asia (Philippines, Cambodia, Malaysia, Indonesia) and Africa. Flybacks will be arranged every 3 months, depending on the client engagement.
