Job Summary

We have already hired our Social Media Manager, and now we are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Video Editor & Motion Designer to handle our visual content production for 2 Main & Sister brand. You will focus entirely on high-volume video production, asset creation, and template building for two distinct brand accounts.

Role & responsibilities

- Expert Video Editing: Proven experience cutting high-reels, TikToks, and Shorts (Minimum 1 year required).

- Motion Graphics: Advanced skills in creating kinetic typography, smooth transitions, and animated text overlays.

- Blender Basics: Ability to use Blender for simple 3D modeling, text animation, or basic product/scene mockups.

- AI Tool Integration: Active use of AI video/audio editing tools (like Runway, ElevenLabs, Midjourney, or Premiere AI features) to enhance creativity and speed up workflows.

- Software Mastery: Expert knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Blender, and Photoshop/Illustrator.

Monthly Deliverables & Scope

You will be entirely responsible for editing, polishing, and delivering the following visual assets every month based on raw footage and briefs provided by our team:

- Vlog Account: 30 reels per month (daily content).
- Style: Vlog-style, raw, organic,



and simple behind-the-scenes content using raw footage provided by us.

- Main Brand Account: 15 polished reels per month.
- Style: High-aesthetic, professional cuts, sharp transitions, engaging hooks, and kinetic typography (Magnet Media style).

- Graphic Design: Designing premium, clean layouts(value-driven, highly shareable educational slide decks) using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.

- Ad Creatives: Designing and editing high-converting video and image variations for our paid Meta ad campaigns.
