Roles & Responsibilities:

- Schedule appointments, assign tasks, and coordinate workflow for detailing technicians.
- Maintain inventory levels of detailing products, equipment, and supplies.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, address inquiries, and resolve issues.
- Maintain strong relationship with customers, addressing their needs and preferences, and striving to exceed their expectations.




- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner, aiming for customer satisfaction and retention.
- Actively engage in sales activities, including upselling and cross-selling additional services or products to customers.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities for business development.
- You ll have to visit our other stores in Delhi (NCR) occasionally.
