Desired Candidate Profile

- Masters in Hotel Management/Hospitality (Ph.D. preferred).
- 15+ years of experience in hospitality education, including 5+ years in leadership roles (Principal/Dean/HOD/Academic Head).
- Strong knowledge of academic administration and curriculum development.
- Valuable leadership, communication, and industry networking skills.
- Experience with NAAC/NBA or similar accreditation preferred.

Role Purpose

The Principal will lead the institutes academic and administrative functions, ensuring excellence in teaching, student development, industry engagement, and institutional growth.

Key Responsibilities

Academic Leadership

- Lead academic planning, curriculum delivery, and quality assurance.
- Ensure compliance with university and accreditation standards.
- Promote innovative and experiential learning methods.




- Monitor faculty and student performance.

Faculty & Team Management

- Recruit, mentor, and evaluate faculty.
- Build a strong academic and collaborative culture.

Student Development

- Enhance student learning experience and discipline.
- Promote internships, live projects, and placements.
- Address student concerns and support overall development.

Industry Relations & Placements

- Develop strong industry partnerships.
- Strengthen internships and placement opportunities.
- Organize guest lectures and industry interactions.

Administration & Compliance

- Oversee academic and administrative operations.
- Ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance.
- Prepare reports and institutional documentation.

Admissions & Growth

- Support admissions and outreach activities.
