A National-Level NGO working in the field of Reproductive & Family Health is looking for an experienced Chief Medical Supervisor (OBGY) to lead and strengthen its network of reproductive health clinics across multiple states in India.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the effective and cost-effective functioning of assigned clinics.
Ensure delivery of quality, affordable, and client-centric reproductive healthcare services.
Monitor compliance with clinical protocols, statutory requirements, and quality standards.
Review medical performance reports and implement corrective actions.
Provide technical guidance to doctors and nursing teams.
Handle medico-legal issues and emergency management support.
Liaise with State Government authorities and key stakeholders.
Ensure all statutory and regulatory obligations are met.




Lead clinic teams with a strong focus on quality, compliance, and operational excellence.

Eligibility

Essential:

- MBBS + DGO / MD / MS (Obstetrics & Gynaecology)

Experience:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior administrative/medical leadership role.
- 5 TO 7 years of experience in Obstetrics & Gynaecology at a recognized hospital.
- Laparoscopic training will be an added advantage.

- Willingness to undertake extensive travel
